Q: How do I set up JELDATA3, a data transfer software?

A:

Select a robot type in accordance with model numbers of a robot and a controller.
Choose a corresponding robot type from the list.

If your robot type is not in a list, please tell us the serial number of the robot.
We will contact you the corresponding robot type.
